Surprise! I received two lovely girls today. I was a bit worried because Acacia had been shipped out once before, but something went wrong. The carrier redirected her back to Seoul, after she had already passed German customs and was sitting somewhere in a hub. I could see she was sent back in my tracking, and contacted Raccoondoll. They assured me everything would be taken care of, and they did. Thank you!
I am happy to receive not only her, but another teen girl. Good to know she didn’t need to go through the shipping alone this time :).
My second teen girl is Jane. She will be Freyja’s best friend. Acacia is about 5cm taller than the first generation of mini dolls, and I think she’s perfect. I will have to try all the Barbie and Blythe stuff I have to see what fits. I’ll let you know if you can use the patterns I made for Blythe for this cutie, too.
The two of them together. If you don’t want to go taller than the teen girl dolls, you could create wonderful families just with these two sizes. Maybe Raccoon will release some males in matching height, who knows.
To be honest, I didn’t notice Acacia had elf ears. Or maybe I just forgot. It’ll take a while before I will have enough light to paint them, but I will start sewing right away.

Congrats! They are very pretty. If you didn’t say, I would never have guessed they were around barbie’s size. Blythe clothes and Barbie clothes probably work for them. Momokos are thinner and barbie clothes are a tad big on them so probably those would be a no go (unless you find barbie clothes to be too big, but I somehow doubt it). Some licca clothes could fit too, but armas and legs would be short.
Thank you! They are not really Barbie or Blythe sized, but some of the elastic leggings might fit. The shoulders are wider than the pure Nemo bodies my Blythe patterns are made for. I don’t have much bought stuff to try on them, so I will make patterns for her anyway.
Congratulations on receiving your two new dolls Mia, they are both beautiful dolls. I do like Acacia’s wide eyed look, so innocent. Are you going to leave her elf ears alone or are you going to make some mods? To be honest, I hardly noticed they were elf ears, some children naturally have ears like this. Do you know how her size compares with the Iplehouse BID’s?
Thank you! I will leave the ears alone, but I think they’ll be covered by the wig anyway. She is about BID size, but much thinner and the head is smaller of course.
