Dolls and chocolate

As it happens, I love both. And while dolls are certainly more expensive, they are probably better for your waistline. But without a weekly dose of both – dolls and chocolate – my life would be a lot less enjoyable. How about you? Do you have a favorite amongst all the chocolaty temptations?

Some of my favorites are Milka Strawberry Cheesecake and Choco&Biscuit. I could eat my weight in those two.

And since I just finished the next Monst repaint, I decided to name her Milka. The chocolate of this name comes in very distinctive purple wrappers, so the color choice for Milka’s outfit is obvious. I hope you don’t mind the “product placement” – I am in no way affiliated with the brand. I just thought it would make a fun picture. Wouldn’t mind a bit of product testing, though. Haha.

Meet Milka (formerly GuoGuo).

I made more outfits for her, but this time you just get to see the purple ones.

And now it’s probably the first time I am going to nibble on my photo props…

  1. My favorite is the Lindt Dark chocolate squares in any flavour…well maybe the orange is my favorite. I allow myself one square a day (for the obvious reason) with my coffee. Unless, of course, I’m too involved in costuming my 65cm adult dolls!

    1. I have to try them, but I am not sure if I would be able to show your restraint ;). Very admirable. Or your 65cm adult dolls have a lot of costumes, which is also admirable…

  2. The first sentences made me laugh – like I was reading about myself. xD When it comes to chocolate, I’m not picky. xD
Yes, the life without dolls and chocolate would be really sad. I would add one more condition here – my dogs. A day without a proper cuddle with my furry companions would be really sad too. 😉
I love the idea of calling her Milka. And the outfit is perfect. You made her look so sweet that everything goes just perfect togheter!

    1. Haha, I am glad I am not the only one with the d&c addiction. And I agree, a furry companion is a blessing. Mine is of the feline variety, but always up for a cuddle, too.

    1. thank you! They are already very cute as they come, that makes it easy :). I was glad I had a purple fabric almost in “milka-color”, so that was easy.

  3. Hahaha, eat the props! I bet it was very yummie! The dress with pleats is super adorable too, perfect for Milka. Chocolate is irresistible, in any form, I’m not picky either 😁 Lovely photo shoot, it made me smile!

  4. I don’t know how I missed this post…sorry Mia. I totally agree with you and Joanna. Life certainly wouldn’t be the same without Dolls, Chocolate and Dogs. 🙂
    Love Milka in that colour!
