Seraphine is Tristania’s sister and of course an Elder Moonchild, too. She grew up with a very old aunt in Paris, who owns a palatial mansion with a lot of beautiful old furniture, frills, centuries of ball gowns and a whole library of romantic literature.
Since Seraphine is rather emotional and sometimes unreasonable compared to Tristania, she brought back a lot of romantic ideas and fantasies, which were certainly influenced by her stay in France.
Seraphine is also a bit of a daydreamer and can be quite scatty at times. She loves girly stuff, music and chansons, most of them rather bawdy. She likes to entertain her sisters with French songs and tales of their eccentric aunt.
Even if Seraphine and Tristania are as different as the sisters in “Sense and Sensibility”, they love each other and rely on each other. Seraphine is very musical, she has a great voice and plays Cello professionally in a philharmonic orchestra.
Her heart belongs to Alasdair, whom she met in Paris.
