At the moment I am rather uninspired and nothing I am working on gets finished. I apologize for the very few posts these last months. Not sure if anybody is reading them anyway, those of my followers who used to leave a comment have either passed away or lost interest in the hobby, so I can’t really tell. I hope at least some of you are still reading and enjoying the occasional post and new doll clothes.
A couple of new characters are waiting for eyes or clothes before I can introduce them properly. I ordered eyes weeks ago and they have not arrived yet. But at least some of my girls have new jackets.
Stella hasn’t been in front of the camera for ages, and since she loves jeans she’s the first to receive a new jeans jacket.

That jacket is just lovely. You are a really terrific designer and fabric designer. Always inspirational.
Thank you for commenting, that’s reassuring :). To be honest, the design was inspired by the jacket a friend made for me, or maybe just by a human size one.
I love your posts even though I don’t always comment, or sometimes the comment doesn’t show up. I hope this works today.
It did work :). I am glad you like them. And I didn’t want to sound whiny, it’s just sometimes nice to see people actually still read, so thank you!
This jeans jacket is darling! Where did you find it, or did you make it?
Thank you! I made all her clothes. Almost all of the clothes my dolls wear are self made, the creative part is what I enjoy most.
I’m still here!😀 but like you other things like real life have got in the way of dolls.
Janetxxx
Thank you! Yes, real life tends to do that 🙂
She looks beautiful and I love her jacket. Wondering if you read the book Stella Luna, about a wonderful bat? Anyway, stunning!
Thank you! No I didn’t read that book, but I like the name 🙂
It’s a children’s book and worth the read. My Connie Lowe Stella, now sold, was Stella Luna, after the bat.
Thank you, I’ll see if I can get my hands on it. I like a lot of books that were written for children or teens.
I always look and enjoy your posts. Just too lazy to comment, I guess. And/or too busy. But this jean jacket is spectacular!
Thank you! It’s so nice to see that people actually do read :). I know the feeling, though, I look at a lot of pictures but don’t comment either. And I love your’s. I have not been on flickr much lately, but I follow you on Insta.
When I look at the amazing treasures you create, I’m inspired to continue, one tiny seam at a time. I pick up the tiny buttons that fell on the floor, find another fine sewing needle, because the one I was using just snapped and cut out another sleeve, because I turned around and can’t, for the life of me, find the first one.!! ❤️
Vanishing needles- I know that very well :). I use to find needles under the seat pad of my chair.
