Another stripy shirt-Monday. I have been playing a bit with combinations, and I found a blue knit that looked like a good match for one of the stripe pattern colors. The result looks fresh and casual, and Queenie loves it. You will see more turtle necks, I made quite a few in different colors.
The same fabric with sleeves in the same pattern. Judith (with her temporary new hair color) will be the one wearing it.
This one is supposed to look like a T-shirt worn over a long-sleeved shirt. At least I hope it does. It’s one piece, though. And in Viveca’s favorite colors.
And I have bought new fabric. Yes, I know ;). Only a little bit, I swear. But I was in the mood for some new patterns and colors. More stripes, a couple of tiny flowers and some geometrical patterns. Now I just need the time to sew something new.
Have a lovely week!
These are all beautiful, the one with the two shirts look is really cool, great job!!
Thank you! I just finished writing to you :). I think I will make some more combinations like this, they are fun.
I love these! Don’t feel guilty for shopping, you should see my stash, LOL.
Thank you! I am glad I am not the only one who has more fabric than one could possibly use, and I don’t have space to store it, really. So glad my favorite shop sells half meters 🙂
Lovely! I had a shirt I loved but no longer could wear. Quite a few little ladies and one gentleman got new shirts. ❤️ love all the variations. I’m smirking about the fabric 😆
Thank you! I think a bit of humor is necessary in the face of one’s own inability to resist textile temptations for the dolls…
They look great. I love stripes and the fact they are different colours really adds to the shirt. And yes I think that last one looks like a shirt underneath.
Thank you. I am glad the layered-shirt look works.
They are stuinning, but I love Viveca’s shirt! I think it looks quite sporty, to be honest!
Thank you. Maybe it’s the stripes, I like the casual look too.
