Rosalie loves pink. And for some reason she can wear even the pinkest of garments and still doesn’t look too sweet. It’s something about her face. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but compared to other dolls I own she has something about her – some seriousness – that keeps her from looking like a candy bar.
Let’s start with this very bright pink jacket. It matches her hearts-pants. I had that fabric with the pink hearts in my stash, and I thought I’d never use it for anything, but it looks fun on Rosalie.
The light pink long sleeve is made from a very soft melange knit fabric, it has a pattern of tiny holes. I just noticed that I didn’t adjust the collar of her daisy dress, hope you don’t mind :).
This last dress is obviously not pink, and it’s almost a bit too much of a summer dress for the chilly weather, but I just finished it and it matches her mom’s dress.
Love the photos and the clothes. She looks beautiful in pink! My favorite is the pink cardigan and print pants♥️
Thank you! I had to get used to pink in the house :). But since I started with the dolls, my taste changed slightly apparently.
Pink is a colour one either loves or hates, and normally it wouldn’t be my favourite (soooo Barbie UGH!) but I have to agree it looks lovely on Rosalie.
