The two of them plan a little party next week. Unnea came over to help with the preparations.

But today I did.

Hello Alasdair, I hope you have been well. Yes? Lovely to hear that.

Alasdair is a geek, really, but he can almost look like a fashion model, don’t you think?

I picked my three most neglected guys to take at least some new pictures for a start. Corvin, Leander and Alasdair may not sport new clothes, but they are at least fully dressed ;).

And this is Alasdairs new sweater. I finished it last year, but I think I never took pictures of it. I really hope days get longer soon, it’s so annoying to have only a bit of bad light if you want to take pictures.

First Corvin. I made a cable-knit sweater in cream white for him. He’s wearing suit pants from freedom teller with it.

Alasdair got a new sweater, too. He liked this jacquard knit, and it’s very warm and soft. But he forgot to set aside the glasses for the picture. He agreed to let me post it, he is not that vain, even though he normally doesn’t want to be photographed wearing them.

Leander borrowed one of Ruben’s sweaters, but it nearly drowned him. But he likes the colour and asked if I could make one in this tone for him. I guess I will.

Ruben got it back.

Neala is starting to wear shoes again. She usually spends the summer barefooted. Since the sun is still warm she decided a tunic and shawl will be enough for now.

Sophia felt inspired by the blue notes. She got a new cardigan and a dress made from left over fabric to go with it.

And Alasdair is next in line to get new stuff, I started with making a plaid shirt for him. Plaid shirts are tricky, it’s annoying if the pattern is not properly aligned at the seams. I had this fabric for ages, the lavender is maybe not the most masculine, but Alasdair doesn’t mind.

And this is the result of my inability to throw away left overs. Only if they are very tiny, but if they might be useful I keep them. And they are useful, if you need some decoration or a gift.

Amanthis loves strawberry jam, and she only lets Trish clean it off her face because she is busy wondering why they have the same shirt colour.

The shirt is forgotton as soon as she discovers the toys. Fiona and Amanthis have a discussion about who should be the one who gets to walk the tiger-duck.

Tristania keeps an eye on the two.

Amanthis wants to teach her doll Elsbeth how to ride a duck, but Elsbeth keeps falling off.

Meanwhile, Stella and Sophia are hanging out in Stella’s room.

Alasdair came over to keep Seraphine company.

Fiona is leaving the tiger duck to Amanthis, who is happy to have it all to herself. Seraphine offers to read to Fiona, something she usually loves.

But this time she is more interested in the maganzine she spotted on the table.

Eryn and Solovet are back, and the little ones are excited to see what they bought. Amanthis is fascinated by the face on the shopping bag.

Look what I got, girls! This one is for Unnea.

And this was a bargain, it’ll go well with the grey shirt. You can have the funny bag to play later, dear.

Mom, can I have one of these when I grow up?

Oh no, I tore a hole in my cardigan with that clothes hanger.

After tea and chatting about this and that Eryn and Solovet take the kids and leave.

Seraphine loves them all, but she’s been a bit tired all day. She’s looking forward to a quiet evening with Alasdair.

I made this dress as a birthday present for a friend, and since she owns several Iples as well my girls could model for her.

But since I already had the pink fabric I made something pink for Unnea, who does prefer white. But the pink brings out her eye colour.

Seraphine asked me to take a picture of her with Alasdair, and since I haven’t made any pictures of him for quite some time I was glad for the reminder.

Corvin too, actually.

And Tabea, Fiona and Calliope.

Alasdair and Finn have not been outside the closet for a while. And since they both have a favorite girl Seraphine and Finn’s twin Neala need a day out, too.

And Ruben needed a jacket, or another shirt. He got a shirt that also works as a jacket in brown corduroy. I would love to dress him in black, but I am afraid dark clothes will stain his ink. I already managed to chip something off his chest piece with the necklace.
