This set of tiny house fronts is a Christmas gift from a customer. I am not sure if they’re hand made, I know his wife is a very creative person and she might have made them herself. Anyway, they look lovely with lights behind them and they’re just the right size to make a perfect Christmas decoration for Perdita. Thank you very much!

A  year with lots of happy moments, doll fun, peace and friends. Mailin, Calliope, Dots, Fiona and of course me are looking forward to see you again in 2024!

And I received a surprise package from my favorite client. She became a dear friend over the years. You have seen the flowers she gave me occasionally, and now you will see some of the contents of her parcel. I know it was meant for Christmas, but I just couldn’t resist opening it.

There’s more, but the little hand crafted box with pokerwork and the lovely bottle with dried flowers and fairy lights make perfect props for doll pictures.

Catkins is fascinated by the flowers in the bottle. They are so pretty. The little star was attached to a card.

Toffee and Jellybean met a ginger bread girl :). It’s made of paper, but it looks so cute with the Monst girls. It’s a gift too, my blogger friend Linda sent it.

And my local drugstore handed out these little sledges as a Christmas giveaway. They are too small for most of my dolls, but it’s a nice prop anyway.

I received this lovely gift from Linda, thank you so much! She made Christmas stockings for Esmée and Viveca. The girls didn’t tell me what they plan to put in it, but I am sure they will find nice surprises for each other.

Perdita did finish her shawl! It turned out really nice for her first attempt, and now she wears it all the time, even in the house.

And I received my Christmas surprise for her just in time: Lovely tiny boots. She will probably share them with the little Monst girls, they can wear the same size.

My Christmas present for you is an EID model body corset pattern. It’s just the pattern, no instructions. Ruben’s Christmas corset actually closes in the back, I attached the front pieces to a strip of black velvet with tiny studs. I would have loved to add matching pants and give him mesh stockings, but he would have needed high heels for those. And I didn’t have daylight time, that’s why I had to take the pictures using artificial light.

We have St. Martin’s day in November, with processions at night, where kids with self made paper lanterns follow a “St. Martin” on a white horse to a place where a bonfire is lit. After that the children go from house to house with their lanterns, sing songs and expect candy in return. They don’t wear costumes, though, that would be at carnival.

Anyway, the kids love every opportunity to dress up. Dots wanted to be a ghost, and Mailin helped with her costume. Amanthis found a new bony friend. Skeletons don’t scare her in that size- and he looks rather friendly, doesn’t he?

But since holidays became sort of international, I took the liberty to mix Halloween with the Día de los Muertos. I have not posted this one I believe.

But of course the bunny didn’t go unnoticed, and the kids claimed it eventually. So you get a second helping of Easter pictures. All cute and not at all grumpy. Dots went for stripes – one of my friends made this little striped Easter bunny. Dots got the handmade bunny, but I ate the chocolate one that came with it. :). Thanks, Elke!
